Judge’s ruling gives Mountain Shadows owners a leg up
The owners of the troubled Mountain Shadows resort got a boost in U.S. Bankruptcy Court last week after a judge denied two motions by a creditor. Rick Carpinelli, senior vice president of acquisition and development for Crown Realty and Development, said U.S Bank made two motions that would have allowed it to pursue the resort owners’ assets, as well as foreclosure on the resort.
