In Arizona, $15 hourly remains a distant dream for many

Long before he signed it into existence, Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti was an outspoken advocate of raising his city's minimum wage to $15 an hour.

Seattle's mayor helped broker a deal with small businesses to muscle a similar ordinance through there. New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo swiftly and publicly endorsed the $15 wage floor across that state after one of his agencies recommended it this summer.
