Arizona home prices jump the most in U.S.
WASHINGTON — U.S. home prices jumped by the most in 6 ½ years in December, with Arizona posting the highest surge among states. The increases were spurred by a low supply of available homes and rising demand, indicated a report Tuesday by CoreLogic, a real estate data provider.
